Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting the artwork of Annette Perone Leiber. Each piece is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping Method

All artwork is shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated in the payment instructions or agreed upon in advance. If an alternative carrier is required for oversized or specialty pieces, this will be communicated before shipment.

Processing Time

We take great care in preparing each artwork for shipment.
Please allow up to 2 business days for packaging and preparation after full payment is received.

Once prepared, the artwork will be shipped promptly using the selected carrier.

Packaging & Protection

Every artwork is professionally wrapped and protected to prevent damage during transit. Depending on the medium and size, this may include:

  • Protective sleeves or glassine

  • Acid-free tissue

  • Foam padding or bubble wrap

  • Reinforced cardboard, photo-mailers, or boxed packaging

  • Corner guards or specialty supports for framed pieces

Our goal is to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Times

USPS delivery timelines vary by location and service selected. Typical domestic delivery ranges from 2–7 business daysdepending on the speed chosen (Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, etc.). Tracking information will be provided once the package has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by:

  • Package size and weight

  • Destination

  • USPS service selected

Any shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated during the purchase process.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the package has been handed to USPS, delivery times and transit issues are outside of our control. If a package is significantly delayed or missing, we will assist in filing a USPS claim, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement unless USPS approves the claim.

Damaged Shipments

If artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order details

We will work with USPS to initiate a claim.

International Shipping

International buyers should contact us before purchasing to discuss shipping rates, packaging requirements, customs duties, and eligibility.
