Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in the artwork of Annette Perone Leiber. Each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind creation, and great care is taken to accurately represent the details, colors, and materials of every artwork listed on this site.
Because all artworks are original and individually crafted, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Please review all artwork images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a piece, you are welcome to contact the curator for additional details, photos, or clarifications prior to buying.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo of the damage

A photo of the packaging

Your order details
We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Because each artwork is unique, replacements or exchanges are not available, but eligible shipping claims may provide a reimbursement depending on the carrier’s policies.
Accuracy of Listings
We strive to ensure that all photographs, dimensions, colors, and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in color may occur due to differences in screens, lighting, or device settings. These variations do not qualify for refunds or returns.
